There once lived a team, called the JJ 25th Students' Council.



They were different from other teams.
Most teams sought after victory, but this special team cared more about the team members, and the bonds between these people.
Instead of being overly caught up with being the best, they were more concerned about the close friendships that were created.

They brought the term "team" to a different level.
As much as they wanted to be one of the best, they knew deep inside that whatever the outcome was, it did not matter.
The things that mattered more were effort, process, and most of all, the people in the team.





During their term, they stayed back in school till really late hours to finish up their projects.
Admin compiling attendance lists.
Logistics checking stock.
SCDC and Games would accompany them.
SCDC painting banners.
Game trying out their games.
Admin and logistics would accompany them.
The college was more or less their second or third home.



Even when things weren't so intense, they still spent most of their time together. Most of their free time in between breaks were spent moving from one table to another, visiting their dear council mates.
After school hours, they usually met up first before deciding where to head.

They've even cried together.
When they were scolded.
When they finished their projects.
They felt for one another.

After working, they always pigged out.
They would spend an hour or so chatting and eating their food storage in the council room.
Most of the time, the sky would be dark by the time they left college.
This wasn't a rare sight.



During their term, they had to travel by bus very often.
What have they done on bus rides?
Many things.
Sing.
Sleep.
Pigging out!

There's practically nothing they haven't done before.

It was also a very common practice for them to take photos at different places they visited.

However, they've done way more than just finishing up the projects together.

For one, they've ever stayed up till 3AM in the morning in college to make a kaleidoscope of their dream!



They loved spending time with each other.

Another thing they loved was surprising one another.

But actually, deep down inside, they loved being surprised by others even more!

Because of this "surprising" nature of theirs, birthdays were usually big things within the team.
They hardly went by birthdays without surprises.

They also spent a lot of time in each others' houses, doing nonsense. As I mentioned earlier, they enjoyed each others' companies.

One thing they loved was... Taking nice team photos!







They didn't even mind stopping in the middle of anything to take a team shot.



BUT. They loved taking stupid photos even more!!







Those were the days...

But like they always say, all good things must come to an end.
Likewise, their 1 year as councillor is over.

It was a pity their 1 years as councillors wasn't happy throughout.
There were times when they had conflicts among themsleves.
But I guess that its unavoidable.
Now that its over and it was great they ended off well.

Now that it is over, and I think all of them have moved on - leaving council for good,they will move on.

It will take a long time for most of them to adapt.
Some of them have already gotten over the fact that their council days are over, and they've come to love their current lives.
But inside, I'm pretty sure they still miss JJ 25th Students' Council and Council's life.

Well, I guess it's not that bad...

They will still take group photos at different events that their juniors would invite them to.

And still surprise each other on birthdays.

They will still meet up for meals.

And nice chats.

And they will still... take unglam photos.

They will also have occasional meet-ups in houses in their tee shirts and shorts.

And though they're not a councillor anymore,
I'm very sure the team spirit will live on.

This is one team that has come a long long way - from a struggling council elects team to a strong team with passion and love for one another.

This is one team that will never falter.
